All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to Europe and the United States. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 6 business days, depending on availability of the collection.

Estimated delivery times:
• Within Europe: 4–7 business days after dispatch
• Outside Europe: 6–10 business days after dispatch

Please note:
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
• Import duties and taxes for non-EU countries are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, as per EU consumer rights.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and dust bags.
• Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be accepted.

To initiate a return, contact us at buyt@buytbags.com with your order number and reason.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

6. Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on zipper functionality, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If your zipper fails within this period, please email buyt@buytbags.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will assess the case and may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

BUYT BAGS®️ is a registered trademark. All rights to our name, logo, product designs, collection titles, and campaign elements are legally protected.

We retain full ownership of all creative content, including photos, videos, campaign imagery, product shots, and other branded visuals.
No part of our content may be copied, downloaded, shared, reproduced, or used for any purpose without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of infringement.
